*Shipping charges to Canada are non-refundable
While we’re confident you’ll want to stay owning your RevAir, we advise you to hold on to its original packaging should you decide otherwise.
From there, all you’ll need to do is:
- Contact our RevAir Support Team at (440) 462-6100 who will take a moment to check if the lack of love is due to something they can help with (perhaps a technical fault or usage error)
- If there's still no love, they will happily (if not a bit sadly) provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and a form to include with your return.
- Ship your RevAir unit back to us in the original packaging using the return shipping label provided by RevAir and send it on its way
- Shipping back in original packaging ensures for safe delivery back to RevAir. RevAir retains the right to evaluate unit for damages by using anything other than original packaging including bag and foam that may result in additional repair not covered under warranty.
- Include a copy of the RMA form with the unit when packaged
- Write the RMA number on the outside of the box near the shipping label
- Once we receive your device your Return will be processed**.
- Please note that it could take up to five (5) weeks for your refund to be credited to the original payment method
** In order to qualify for a full refund your RevAir (Model RA90001) must be returned (1) using the original packaging (2) use the return shipping label provided by RevAir (3) return within 30 days of receipt.
